Booking & Reservations

The sooner the better, especially for spring and summer weekends — popular dates and popular items go first.

That said, give us a call even on short notice. If we have it available, we'll do our best to make it work.

Reach out through our Contact page, give us a call, or email contact-us@3ofakindrentals.com and tell us what you're planning. We'll put together a personalized quote with everything itemized.

Once you're happy with it, a deposit or full balance payment locks in your date. Also, there will be a link on your email message with a link for you to review and sign our Rental Agreement.

No, not until a deposit or full balance payment has been received. We don't hold equipment on a quote alone, so if a date matters to you, the deposit or balance payment is what protects it.

Absolutely, as long as they're still available for your date. Just let us know and we'll update everything for you.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Yes. We're based in Mount Juliet and serve Wilson County and the surrounding areas.

Delivery is priced by the distance to your venue, and it's on your quote before you commit to anything.

Yes, we deliver, set up and come back for pickup. All you do is tell us where you want the items.

For some items, yes. Concession machines and anything with a power or safety consideration we'd rather set up ourselves.
If we do allow pickup of certain items, we require a cash deposit upon pickup that will be returned when delivered back to us. The deposit amount will be determined using replacement value of the items.

We work out a setup window and a pickup time with you ahead of the event.

Payment & Deposits

Deposits are 25% of the total amount.

A deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 5 days before the event.

Tennessee sales tax of 9.75% is calculated on your quote, so the total you see is the total you pay.

If your organization is tax exempt, let us know up front and send us your certificate.

On certain items, yes — it's listed on your quote if it applies, and it's returned after we pick up and check the item back in.
